OTOBID
SELLING, REIMAGINED
A pitch-winning launch that turned trust into a digital experience
Project Overview
Otobid entered one of Turkey's most competitive categories with a new proposition: helping people sell their cars through a transparent auction backed by Sahibinden.com. Following the successful pitch, the project evolved into a strategic partnership covering the launch campaign, digital communication and social media strategy. As a digital strategist, the role was to translate the brand promise into a digital ecosystem that could explain a completely new service, build trust and create lasting mental availability beyond the launch.

The Digital Approach:
Building trust every day
Rather than treating social as campaign support, we designed it as the place where trust would be built every day.

We built the digital journey around two jobs: explaining why Otobid was different and creating reasons to consider selling. Each channel had a clear role, from search and YouTube at active decision points to Instagram and TikTok for triggers, stories and discovery. The system combined practical benefits, real experiences and the energy of the auction itself.
The Social System:
Beyond the launch
Social media was designed to build confidence beyond the launch campaign. We created platform roles, content pillars, influencer thinking and community management principles around one central idea: with Otobid, the seller should always feel like the winner. This gave the brand a consistent way to explain the service, show proof and stay relevant between selling moments.
The Outcome
The pitch was won, the brand launched with a strong integrated campaign, and the work went on to receive industry recognition. More importantly, the project gave Otobid a practical digital and social foundation for introducing a new selling model and building trust over time.
