ebebek is an undisputed household name in Turkey, but entering the UK’s mature, hyper-saturated baby care sector required a complete cultural and strategic recalibration. They needed a total structural shift to build trust with British families. We engineered their comprehensive UK brand positioning, built their digital layout strategy, and redesigned their entire visual and photographic taxonomy from the ground up.

The Strategy:
Building the "Home of Baby Care."
We bypassed complex corporate jargon and anchored the brand's UK presence in a singular, deeply comforting emotional truth. We created the definitive tagline: "Home of Baby Care." This repositioned ebebek from a commercial foreign retailer to an established, nurturing sanctuary, instantly communicating authority, scale, and safety to skeptical first-time British parents.
The Craft:
A localized visual grammar.
We completely overhauled the brand’s layout design, typography, and icon language to match the sophisticated, clean, and minimalist design expectations of the UK market. We stripped away visual noise, focusing on intuitive layouts that make high-stakes parenting choices feel calm and effortless.
The Production:
Defining a new human narrative.
Trust in parenting is driven by authentic visual storytelling. We created a brand-new photography language for ebebek UK and produced the entire core imagery assets. We threw out sterile, over-polished corporate commercial shots in favor of raw, warm, and highly relatable lifestyle photography that mirrors the real, beautifully chaotic everyday lives of British families.
